Mark Drapeau

An animal behaviorist by training, and later academic thought leader on the ways social networks affect how government operates, Mark was recently named the Director of Innovative Social Engagement for Microsoft's Public Sector division. He has a B.S. and Ph.D. in biology and did postdoctoral work at NYU before a stint at the Department of Defense.
