Ah, good ol' George is still at it

Poor George, Guess he dropped down on the list because he gave his 'fair share'...only in his case it was to help Obama get re-elected. He certainly does love to spend money to tear down well established governments.

The Koch brothers...

pledged $60 million to defeat Obama last year -- Soros only spent $2.6 million.

Soros is hardly the boogeyman the right wishes he were.

And let's not forget, the Koch family has been spending like that since the 1950s. Their daddy, Fred, was one of the people who founded the John Birch Society and the Kochs have been pouring money into conservative causes for more than 50 years.

"Soros is hardly the boogeyman the right wishes he were."

is this the same soros who pledged his soul to defeat bush in 2004?

the same soros who funds the liberal kooksphere and other kook causes?

What I thought was interesting

Is the overall picture. Yes, focusing on individuals like Koch or Soros (or even bill Gates) is fodder for, well, anyone...But it's the jump in the sheer amount of billionaires that's important. A record year--surpassing last year--which was also a record year.

Yea. We're really at the edge of worldwide economic collapse.

And also (at this hour) "Breaking News"...the Dow just hit it's all time high--14,198. I remember during the closing months of the Bush Admin watching experts say we may not even see 10,000 again for years and years. So much for economic projections.

Kook causes -- I know, huh?

What a kook, supporting quality education for young people.

Absolutely nuts, supporting transparency in mining-and-minerals companies dealings with European Union nations.

Out of his mind, supporting equal rights for people with intellectual disabilities.

Total cretin, supporting the U.S. role as a stabilizing force in the world and, therefore, not as a force creating unnecessary wars over non-existent WMDs.

I see what you mean, con. The man's a liberal mess, isn't he?

Unbelievable, supporting efforts to end tuberculosis among the poor.

What a madman, supporting efforts to preserve and expand freedom of the press.

Soros!

There is nothing worse than an individual using his or her personal wealth in the American political system.

Unless they are conservatives of course!

Brave patriots like con and newscred know this to be true. And they are the same person!

Post as thesecondcoming or puzo now. We miss their jolly antics.

Con...

I see you still can't do the math.

"Kook causes -- I know, huh?"

destabilizing governments

attempting to rig american elections

legalizing drugs

support for open borders

fighting to reduce punishment for child molesters, rapists, and murderers.

normal for the 20%'ers? yes. the rest of us? not so much.
