in some countries you can get banned, attacked, arrested, or beheaded for mocking leaders.

we can now add america to a list that features iran, china and north korea.

sadly, tuffy the clown is placed on this growing list.

In Venezuela, woman arrested for mocking Chavez… #MoStateFair

Ai Weiwei arrested for mocking Chinese rulers:… #MoStateFair

Don’t forget this Russian punk band arrested for mocking Putin:… #MoStateFair

Interesting. In every tyrannical nation, people are banned from mocking leaders, as highlighted by previous Tweets.

being banned and attacked by the liberal taliban will teach tuffy and other clowns dear leader isn't to be mocked.....

out of this latest selective democrat/liberal media outrage comes this-

clowns in missouri will be forced to attend sensitivity training where they will learn only straight white males-and minority republicans- can be mocked...

where was the democrat/media outrage when rodeo clowns were mocking bush? or reagan?

still some will ask "what liberal media?"

Assuming you mean the rodeo clown at the Missouri State Fair, there was more to it than wearing an Obama mask.

You should read the frightening accounts of what happened.

The issue is barely about "mocking." It is heavily about racism, crowd mentality and "joking" about harming the president of the United States.

We expect simpletons to simplify it. The national shame is that any prominent person had the gall to defend it.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/14/2013 12:45:56 PM | show profile | flag this post

By the way, con, anyone can condemn racism.

Even you could do it. If you wanted to.

cruiser Posted - 8/14/2013 12:58:41 PM | show profile | flag this post

The Grated Dud is just doing

what left wingers do...and that is playing the race card in an attempt to foreclose any criticism of them and their motives and shift the focus to someone else.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/14/2013 2:00:04 PM | show profile | flag this post

It's also an issue because Missouri taxpayers' money was allotted to pay the clown.

Thanks for the personal attack, cruiser. You prove every day exactly what a genius you are.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/14/2013 2:06:35 PM | show profile | flag this post

By the way, genius, it was not "librul media" that reported what occurred.

It's predictable that you politicize racism, but you're entrenched and old anyway. Maybe your grandkids will take the opportunity to contribute to bettering the world.

cruiser Posted - 8/14/2013 2:17:09 PM | show profile | flag this post

The politicization of racism

is a left wing way of life...and has been for decades. Left wingers do everything they can to keep the anger and resentment of their flock whipped up to a fever pitch. That's one of the way they control their not giving them time to think and consider that their "leaders" are doing them a grave injustice.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/14/2013 3:34:06 PM | show profile | flag this post

Do you ever try to understand anything besides your own navel?

Give it up, pal. You're NOT going to turn this into a political discussion, and you're NOT going to turn the attention onto yourself.

If you need to wallow every dayin your own little hate-filled cesspool, that's your choice. Note than, sSo far, it has gotten you exactly nowhere. Nobody has "discovered" your brilliance after all this time and brought you into the media fold.

Don't you think you'd be happier on a site where you could join in a great big bashfest over all the things you hate?

con Posted - 8/14/2013 3:43:55 PM | show profile | flag this post

frightening accounts? racism? only if obama was the only president to be mocked at a rodeo..

didn't take long for a democrat (tishaura jones) to speak what the left/liberal media thinks- any criticisms or mockeration of obama is racist....

con Posted - 8/14/2013 3:56:58 PM | show profile | flag this post

the left is demanding action!!!!! they want holder to send tuffy the clown to gitmo........

on the third day of the democrat/liberal media war on rodeo clowns-

etaoin shrdlu Posted - 8/14/2013 4:17:03 PM | show profile | flag this post

Hey, when the REPUBLICAN...

Lt. Governor of Missouri -- Peter Kinder, a Republican cut from his Cape Girardeau neighbor, Rush Limbaugh's cloth -- calls the act racist -- you know it's racist.

Liberals aren't playing the race card here -- the rodeo clown and announcer did.

orthicon Posted - 8/14/2013 5:02:16 PM | show profile | flag this post

y'know, i spent a lot of years, and a lot of hospital copays

"going down the road", which is what we call following he rodeo circuit..

I knew and still know a LOT of very conservative cowboys, including two cousins..

never in their darkest moment would they have EVER participated in a display like that..and would more than likely beaten the hell outa that clown..

they may not like the man, but they respect the office of the presidency..

con Posted - 8/15/2013 9:35:56 AM | show profile | flag this post

rush gets it

Rush Limbaugh called the condemnation of the performance “no different than those countries reacting freakishly when there were cartoons of the Prophet Muhammad.”

“It is as though President Obama is a messiah or is a god,” Limbaugh continued, “and this little thing that happened at the Missouri State Fair is a defamation, a denunciation, almost a religious sacrilege that took place.”

“This is no different than what happened in all those countries that had the cartoons of the prophet and militant Muslims had a cow over it, went nuts. It’s exactly what’s happening here. What do we have, a president of the United States who is above all this? We have a president who’s above criticism, above being mocked, above being laughed at? We have not just a president, we have an entire Democrat political party and the American left which thinks that they are so damn special that they cannot be mocked, they cannot be made fun of.”

where was the outrage when rodeo clowns were mocking bush? or other presidents?

no talk of banning or beheading rodeo clowns..........

frightening is troo-beleevers and the obama cult of personality....

etaoin shrdlu Posted - 8/15/2013 4:05:56 PM | show profile | flag this post

Good thing nothing like this ever...

happened to Bill Maher or the Dixie Chicks under George W. Bush!

orthicon Posted - 8/15/2013 4:52:52 PM | show profile | flag this post

because there WERE no rodeo clowns mocking bush..

you flaming idiot..

he was their good ol' boy in office..real "western"..not too damned smart..sorta talked like them..and really, REALLY white..

cruster Posted - 8/15/2013 6:06:12 PM | show profile | flag this post

"frightening accounts? racism?"

You see, by con/puzo's logic you are racist if you think racist comments are racist.

It's like when cruiser uses the N word, all spelled out in its glory. He's says he's not being racist but if you think he's being racist you're being racist because you're thinking racist thoughts.

con/puzo has had many helpful criticisms of all people non-white pointing out stereotypes and cultural flaws, but not in a racist way. Although it's all about race.

When conservatives mock minorities and/or the president (not republicans, of course) sure they say things that USED to be racist.

But now they can say all the racist stuff they like and call you a racist if you call them racist because you're being racist by thinking about racism and calling them racist because they are making negative statements based on someone's race.

Now who looks racist?

orthicon Posted - 8/15/2013 6:41:26 PM | show profile | flag this post

once i got over the seasickness caused by cruster's post..

swaying from pillar to post there..

he actually makes a certain kind of sense..just take Dramamine before reading it..

cruster Posted - 8/15/2013 8:02:58 PM | show profile | flag this post

"frightening is troo-beleevers"

Yes. Those rodeo officials with the Missouri state fair who banned the rodeo clown are clearly "troo-beleevers" who thinkerate only what Obama tells them!

Since Obama won that liberal blue state by a wide margin.

Oh con/puzo! Why do people call you stupid?

Thinkerate, ha ha ha!!!!

con Posted - 8/16/2013 8:35:33 AM | show profile | flag this post

"happened to Bill Maher or the Dixie Chicks under George W. Bush!"

talk about worthless examples.......

"because there WERE no rodeo clowns mocking bush.."

research shows rodeo clowns have been mocking presidents for decades. apparently orthicon doesn't know much about research-or is willfully ignorant.

con Posted - 8/16/2013 9:31:08 AM | show profile | flag this post

oh sweet baby jesus, cruster, this the best you could inventerate?

while goobering and acting mentally challenged helped you avoid homework and discipline in school- in the grown-up world it has made you one of the left behinds....

what was that again? ...'teecher hates me'?

if you have more than piteous whines...please offer it.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/16/2013 9:33:10 AM | show profile | flag this post

Sure, I remember seeing a rodeo clown wearing a George W. mask.

But the rodeo announcer was not the local school superintendent and he didn't say, "We’re gonna stomp Bush now. ... As soon as their bull comes out, Bush don’t you move. He’s gonna getcha, getcha, getcha, getcha!"

The crowd did not go wild, and none of the other clowns ran up and bobbled the lips on the Bush mask to incite more roaring.

That's the difference. Radio's head clown for racist so-called "humor" got no hater bait out of rodeo clowns wearing Bush masks.

Grateful Deadline Posted - 8/16/2013 9:35:11 AM | show profile | flag this post

con, you're writing gibberish again this morning.

Maybe you need more sleep.

cruster Posted - 8/16/2013 8:56:45 PM | show profile | flag this post

Oh Freedomfirst, I mean Mike, I mean Puzo, I mean con

Sorry, so hard to keep track!

You know many people say when you resort to personal insults, you've lost the argument. Hmmmm... probably just pointy headed intellectuals like that Bill Maher guy.

But I know you're actually concerned about me and care. Why you even want to know it my butt hurts! For the record, it does not. Thanks for asking!

proudliberal Posted - 8/17/2013 6:25:41 PM | show profile | flag this post

Hey, con...

It was terrible to see those clowns arrested for what they did. Oh, wait, they weren't. They have to take a course in sensitivity training. Wow, that is harsh. In all actuality I didn't mind it. I think if someone wants to make fun of the President they can. It was just sad to see all those rednecks foaming at the mouth over it. They are too stupid to realize their boy W did more to hurt their uneducated asses than anyone else in history.
