Job Requirements	Job Requirements: The successful candidate should have three years of work experience in a facility engaged in multiple studio camera production. She or he must be able to succeed under the pressures of a live television news production environment and be held responsible for studio camera operation on pedestals or jibs. Also responsible for other facets of studio operations including preparation of studio and other studio activities under the instruction of show Producer/Directors and Tech Ops management. He or she must exhibit great attention to detail, be a team player, able to prioritize and service multiple requests, be calm under pressure, participate and make contributions to the creative process and willing to learn and embrace new technologies. Experience with ‘Steadycam’ and the use of robotic systems such as ‘Vinten/Radamec’ and ‘Telemetrics’ is a plus. He or she will be responsible for training and supervising subordinate camera operators, shooting promo production and post-production projectsM. Additional duties may require maintaining equipment, acceptable video levels, and doing initial daily setup and shading of studio cameras. One position is available. Qualifications, Skills and Desirable Qualities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong presentation skills. Mandarin speakers are also welcomed • University degree: diploma in Photography or equivalent • A minimum of three years' experience as a professional cameraman, preferably for a television network or a post-production company • Experience with lighting interview setups • Experience lighting & shooting in interior & exterior locations • Experience recording quality sounds on location • Experience with Canon DSLR cameras (5D & 7D)/ Sony (F3 and comparable)/ Red (Epic, Scarlet, or One) • High level of computer literacy • A strong understanding of news and international current affairs • Willing to work flexible and irregular hours • Ability to travel as required • Other duties as directed
