||The NCC Media Digital Sales Executive role is to be forward facing to Online Media and Interactive Advertising decision-makers at the Digital Agencies, Full Service Agency Digital Departments and Clients. The Digital Sales Executive (DSE) will introduce and sell NCC Digital’s suite of products across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms. Products include the 3rd largest Portal Entity in the US reaching 71MM Uniques, exclusive Cable/Telco Subscriber Audience Targeting, and our Premium Cable Digital Video Network. The NCC DSE expands existing media partnerships, develop new relationships, and increase overall revenue opportunities for NCC Media, our publisher owners and affiliates.
•Prospect, develop and close sales for Digital Media product lines represented by NCC Media.
•Drive online and cross platform advertising sales, meet and exceed all sales goals.
•Identify, create strategies, penetrate influential contacts, and close new business within the digital agency landscape that directly results in new revenue for NCC and our affiliates.
•May coordinate across Digital Media, Business Development and NCC Cable Sales to close business for online properties and other Interactive product lines to increase revenue for NCC Media and our affiliates.
•Main focus is on assigned digital agencies, digital departments and clients within their respective sales territory.
•Prospect new business opportunities for NCC Digital Media based on assigned territory and provide weekly updates and reports to management.
•Prepare proposals and respond timely to online RFP's with a high degree of professionalism and quality.
•Negotiate/sell the intrinsic value of a program to customers, not just the program/price.
•Manage online forecasting (including budget, dates, probability to close and inventory estimates) and campaign performance.
•Participate and represent NCC Digital Media at regional industry events.
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
•Minimum of 5 years digital media sales experience, with particular emphasis, affinity and knowledge of the online and advanced Advertising space including display, video, and various programmatic targeting solutions.
•Fluency with online media-buying terminology, plus familiarity with online/Interactive analytics and ad-serving technology.
•Self starter, capable of executing within all phases of sales cycle.
•Strong relationship building and client service background.
•Ability to work in a fast pace, creative environment.
•Strong communication and presentation skills.
•Team player and interpersonal skills.
•College degree preferred
