Job Requirements The job candidate must be able to shoot, produce and edit videos for campaigns and media efforts. Prior experience and current expertise shooting video, lighting interviews and editing video is required.

1. Interpersonal skills to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, faculty, senior university administrators, donors, and volunteers.
2. Ability to develop and implement web and social media strategies to accomplish development communications objectives. Coordinate with central campus communications to maximize impact of messaging.
3. Knowledge of web content programs and social media sites. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Power Point, Word and Excel.
4. One to three years experience in progressively responsible positions.
5. Demonstrated ability to work quickly, accurately, and with attention to detail.
6. Strong ability to shoot and edit video.
7. Ability to write and edit well.
8. Ability to work independently, prioritize, and complete assignments in a thorough and timely manner.
9. Skill in communicating effectively verbally and in writing with individuals and groups.
10. Knowledge of marketing/communications strategies for research.
11. Knowledge of University policies and procedures to coordinate services and goods necessary to implement programs.
12. Bachelor's degree in communications or related field
13. Must be able to assist with evening events as necessary.
