After weeks of barely reaching mainstream media, the John Edwards affair story broke wide open this afternoon on the cablers. ABC News’ Bob Woodruff got the interview, and his sit-down with Edwards airs tonight on Nightline. The National Enquirer story, the fact he fathered a child with Rielle Hunter, still remains up in the air, as Edwards denied that part.
