ABC’s Raddatz Aboard The USS Eisenhower

ABC’s Chief White House Correspondent Martha Raddatz reported from the North Arabian Gulf on Wednesday, where she was the only Western journalist aboard the USS Eisenhower. She flew out to the ship, shot the second day of the naval exercise, and flew back to shore to file for World News.

Producer Karen Travers blogged about the experience today. “Martha and I flew from Iraq to Bahrain on Tuesday with Admiral Fallon, the new head of U.S. Central Command. We had been traveling with him for just under a week and filing pieces from Camp Victory in Baghdad,” she wrote. More…
