Ann Romney’s Cooking Emergency on ‘GMA’
Ann Romney kicked off her guest-hosting spot on ABC’s “Good Morning America” this morning with a slight mishap in the kitchen as she was cooking up a family recipe in the studio. “They’re burning. I’ve got a cooking emergency,” she said. “The griddle is too hot. But I’m here! I’m making Welsh cakes.”
“I love that commitment to the cooking,” George Stephanopoulos remarked as Romney took the cakes off the grill. “You were going to get that right even though you’re on television.”
Stephanopoulos noted that “GMA” has also extended an invitation to Michelle Obama to visit the show. “She is still working out her schedule,” he said. “We hope to see her soon.” Watch after the jump.
