Barry Larkin Joins ESPN As Baseball Tonight Analyst
Former Cincinnati Reds shortstop Barry Larkin has joined ESPN as a Baseball Tonight analyst. The 12-time MLB All-Star will make his debut on the network in early March.
“I’m really excited about the opportunity to work at ESPN with Karl Ravech, John Kruk and Bobby Valentine, Baseball Tonight and the whole crew,” said Larkin. “I’ve heard a lot of great things about the place and I’m looking forward to being a part of the team.”
Since his retirement in 2004, Larkin served as a special assistant to the general manager with the Washington Nationals. For the last three years, Larkin has worked as an analyst for the MLB Network.
