Blow Up at the DNC

Broadcast morning show staffers covering the DNC are getting even less sleep than usual due to the 5amMT start times. But CBS Early Show producer Eric Salzman has found a way to avoid the red eyes.

Salzman, who is charged with editing pieces from the night sessions for the morning show, has been sleeping on a blow-up mattress near his desk in the CBS News workspace.

We hear he does make daily visits to his hotel to…”freshen up.”
