While the ratings were up 96 percent (2.3) from last year, Game 1 between Atlanta vs. Orlando was a 43-point blowout.

Locally, the game earned a 16.2 rating in Miami-Ft. Lauderdale and a 11.1 in Boston.

In the nightcap, Game 2 between Memphis vs. Oklahoma City drew a 3.7 overnight rating, which was higher than last year’s 3.6 for Game 2 of the Utah vs. Los Angeles Lakers broadcast.

Locally, the game earned a 19.6 rating in Memphis and an 18.8 in Oklahoma City.
