Cablers Take Obama-Karzai Conference
At 11:40amET, CNN, Fox News, and MSNBC took the joint news conference by President Obama and Afghanistan President Hamid Karzai after their meeting at the White House. All three cable nets took the presidents’ statements as well as the question portion that followed.
The presidents took questions from foreign press and two American reporters: CBS Radio’s Mark Knoller and CNN’s Suzanne Malveaux.
The conference ended at 12:30pmET.
