A Florida judge has ruled that the deposition of HLN host Nancy Grace in the Melinda Duckett wrongful death lawsuit will be videotaped today, despite the objections of Grace’s attorney earlier in the week. The NY Post reports: “While Grace can be videotaped today, the tape cannot be shared with ‘any third party,’ and no portion of Grace’s testimony can be disclosed without the federal magistrate’s permission.”
