CBS Correspondents Share Afghanistan Stories

Last night on “Evening News,” CBS correspondents and producers shared moving stories of covering the war in Afghanistan. Lara Logan, Byron Pitts, Scott Pelley, and David Martin all spoke in the segment. Toward the end, Cami McCormick, who was badly injured in an IED explosion in August, provides a voiceover about her experience and says, “I definitely would go back to Afghanistan. I’m eager to go back to Afghanistan.” She is still recovering at Walter Reed.
