Chris Brown to Appear on Larry King
TVNewser has confirmed that singer Chris Brown will appear on CNN’s “Larry King Live” Wednesday, September 2 at 9pmET following this week’s sentencing for pleading guilty to charges of assault and making criminal threats to girlfriend/popstar Rihanna. Brown’s mother and attorney will also appear.
Rumors had been spreading that Brown would appear on Larry King’s program to potentially offer his first nationally-televised apology for the February altercation, which has been prime fodder for gossip and celebrity magazines and web sites. Brown was arraigned on April 6th and pleaded not guilty on June 22nd.
Previously, the only apology Brown has offered was in the form of a Youtube video in July.
