Nine minutes into the speech (which was 45 minutes behind schedule) Clinton said she would, “help elect Barack Obama the next president of the United States,” then added, “I endorse him and throw my full support behind him.” And in a jab which appeared to be aimed at the media, Clinton advised the crowd, “Never listen to anyone who says you can’t or shouldn’t go on.”

Clinton repeated the phrase, “We must help elect Barack Obama our president,” several times during the 31-minute speech at Washington’s National Building Museum.
