A few hours after Brian Williams and Sen. Barack Obama left the building, CNBC held a book party at the Newseum in Washington, D.C. for the upcoming release of "Pennsylvania Avenue: Profiles in Backroom Power," by John Harwood and Gerald F. Seib.
