FBNBolling_3.27.jpg Dylan Ratigan may not be hosting CNBC's 5pm show "Fast Money" anymore, but he turned up on FBN's 5pm show "Happy Hour"...in a cutout...behind his one-time "Fast Money" panelist-turned FBN anchor, Eric Bolling.

The cutout has not yet been referenced by hosts Bolling, Rebecca Diamond and Cody Willard.

Meanwhile, just before 5pmET, Ratigan sent the Tweet below:

> Update: Foiled again by Twitter! Someone set up the account with Dylan Ratigan's name and image. People close to Ratigan tell TVNewser he doesn't have a Twitter account.
