CNN GOP Debate’s “Hip New Format”

The St. Pete Times is reporting the site of the Sept. 17 CNN/You Tube debate has been chosen. The renovated Mahaffey Theater in downtown St. Pete will host the event. Anderson Cooper will moderate among republican presidential candidates in what the Times calls a “hip new format.”

The first of the CNN/You Tube debates among democratic candidates is set for Monday in South Carolina.
