Tonight at 8pmET, CNN will broadcast “The National Report Card: Second 100 Days” special, which allows viewers to give their input online or via this new, interactive device called a “telephone.”

FishbowlDC got a sneak preview of one of the new technologies that will be unveiled. All we’ll say is that it involves someone with a beard and you may want play it for your babies to calm them down at night.
