CNN’s Politics Push

…I’ve just returned from CNN’s America Votes 2008 upfront held in midtown Manhattan. I’ll have more later. Of note, Campbell Brown front and center on the first of two panels which featured CNN’s anchors, correspondents and political analysts. Flanked by John Roberts on her right and Lou Dobbs on her left, Brown (due to deliver her first child on Christmas Day) has been working on political specials which will begin airing next month. Her primetime program is set to debut in February at 8pmET. CNN/US president Jon Klein tells me with the move of Lou Dobbs Tonight to 7pmET, “we are putting our news program between our two highest rated shows.”
