Cody Willard Unplugged

Happy Hour co-host Cody Willard spent some time with The Huffington Post’s Rachel Sklar and Portfolio’s Jeff Bercovici last night at the Financial Times’ annual “Meet the FT” party.

The FBN host — who previously said of MSNBC anchor Dan Abrams, “that dude’s just jealous,” — was in typical “jocular” form.

Sklar writes that Willard jokingly described the happenings at Happy Hour: “You guys don’t even know, I get drunk during the show, not for the show!” He quickly recanted: “That was a joke, we never drink during the show” (It’s true, we were there — no alcohol).

Bercovici writes about Willard’s “signature look,” the long hair. “You know what? I’ll cut my hair when I want to cut it. It’s all on my terms all the time,” he said.

Willard did later agreed to Bercovici and Sklar’s suggestion to cut his hair for charity. But then will he still be “the grunge Jim Cramer?”
