Cooper Back in Times Square for CNN’s New Years

On the 365th day of the year, CNN’s 360 host will be back in Times Square. This will be Anderson Cooper‘s fourth year in a row hosting the event. “New Year’s Eve Live with Anderson Cooper” will air from 11pmET until 12:30amET.

Cooper will be joined for the broadcast by CNN talent and special guests all over the country. In Times Square with Cooper will be American Morning co-anchor Kiran Chetry and Headline News anchor Erica Hill. Correspondents Gary Tuchman, Sean Callebs and Kareen Wynter will report from Central Park in New York City, New Orleans and Las Vegas, respectively. CNN’s broadcast last year featured Callebs with Cooper as well.

Musical performances will take place in Las Vegas (Earth, Wind & Fire) and in Atlanta (Miranda Lambert and Widespread Panic). Comedienne Kathy Griffin will join Cooper in Times Square.

CNN will also collect iReports from celebrations all over the world to air during the broadcast.
