Couric to Anchor Bush’s Final SOTU Address

Amid all the debates, primaries and that crashing sound coming from Wall Street, we almost forgot: it’s State of the Union time.

CBS announced Katie Couric will anchor live coverage of President Bush’s final State of the Union address Monday night.

Couric will be joined by Chief Washington Correspondent Bob Schieffer and Senior Political Correspondent Jeff Greenfield for the 9pmET Capitol Hill address.

Also, Harry Smith will co-anchor The Early Show from Washington Monday and Tuesday morning.
