Couric Watch: Clips For A Highlight Reel?

Lloyd Grove says: “With rumors of Katie Couric‘s departure for CBS News reaching ear-splitting volume, I’m hearing that NBC News videotape librarians have been ordered to pull clips of the 49-year-old Couric’s life and times on the Today show. A spy at the network tells me that they’ll be compiled into a reel for airing on May 26, her possible last day on the show. But another insider claims that the Couric clips will be broadcast next month, to commemorate her 15th anniversary.”
