Rather is going to be talking about the lawsuit with Larry King tomorrow night. CNN says Rather "will take viewer calls and e-mails."

Exclusive: Dan Rather Appears on Larry King Live Thursday

In his first live interview since filing a $70 million lawsuit against CBS, Dan Rather will appear on CNN’s Larry King Live on Thursday, Sept. 20, at 9 p.m. (ET).

He will discuss his lawsuit against his former news organization after his departure last year. He will take viewer calls and e-mails.
A transcript and frame grabs will be available immediately after the interview upon request.
