D.L. Hughley Offers Blago a Job

BlagoDL_1.29.jpgAs he made the rounds in New York earlier this week, Gov. Rod Blagojevich stopped in at CNN to chat with D.L. Hughley. Despite his ouster from office yesterday, the interview will still happen on Hughley’s show tomorrow night. Insiders tell us producers will make clear the interview took place before Blago’s impeachment and removal from office.

As for the interview, Hughley sipped from his “I Love Blagojevich” coffee cup while Blago drank form his “Me Too” mug. Hughley then offered Blago a job:

Hughley: We’re not gonna give up either, and if I don’t work out there I promise you can always come work with me. You can be my correspondent…

Blagojevich: I appreciate it – I’ll do it for free, man, you’re a special guy.

Earlier this week, CNN also released the ratings for D.L. Hughley Breaks News. For the month of January, the 10pmET telecast came in first in A25-54 demo viewers, and second in Total Viewers.
