He’s conservative talk show host Kevin James, who literally got schooled by MSNBC’s Chris Matthews during a May appearance on Hardball.

> Update: A tipster writes that Jess Todtfeld, the featured “Pundit School” president in the segment, is a former producer at FNC’s The O’Reilly Factor and other shows. That’s certainly some pundit experience.
