Dan Rather to Speak with Neil Cavuto

Dan Rather will sit with Fox News’ Neil Cavuto today for his first interview since his case against CBS was dismissed. The interview will air on Cavuto’s 4pmET “Your World” on FNC and his 6pmET “Cavuto” on Fox Business Network.

Mediate reports that “Rather’s next plan of action — his lawyer hinted at an appeal yesterday — will be discussed.”

On Tuesday, The New York State Supreme Court’s Appellate Division threw out Rather’s $70 million lawsuit against CBS. At the time, Rather’s lawyer, Martin Gold, told TVNewser “We believe the decision is incorrect on a number of grounds and, accordingly, we intend to ask the New York Court of Appeals to review it.”
