Dateline’s Chris Hansen: ‘I’ve never experienced anything quite like it’

Dateline’s Chris Hansen — perhaps best known for his hidden camera “Predator” reports — takes crime reporting to a new level. As part of a 2-hour “Vegas Undercover” block, Hansen and “Dateline” cameras are on the scene from the moment Las Vegas Metropolitan Police receive a call to investigate a high-profile murder, to the discovery of the body in a Vegas suburb, to the ultimate capture of the killer.

“We’re there, in real time — from the missing persons report, to the identification of the victim, to the suspect’s confession,” Hansen tells TVNewser. “I’ve never experienced anything quite like it.”
