Diane Sawyer Gets First Interview With Face Transplant Patient

ABC’s Diane Sawyer has secured the first one-on-one interview with Connie Culp, the nation’s first face transplant patient. Culp, who revealed the results of her surgery during a news conference yesterday, will be on Good Morning America Friday morning.

Culp talks with Sawyer about the donor, the man who shot her, the decision to undergo the transplant surgery, as well as her journey of recovery and aspirations for the future.
