‘Do Not Adjust Your Sets’ as Big Three Anchors Appear on Each Others’ Programs
Friday evening all four major broadcast networks, along with a slew of cable channels, aired the Stand up to Cancer telethon.
A few hours before the special, during the network evening newscasts, a clip featuring all three of the 6:30 PM anchors appeared at the end, asking viewers to watch the telethon.

“Finally tonight, do not adjust your sets,” said Brian Williams.
“We rarely appear together on the same screen at the same time but tonight is a special exception, we are really here,” added Diane Sawyer.
“After all, one of our top stories on this day is about collaboration,” said Katie Couric, before discussing the special.
Is this the first time that the three evening news anchors appeared together on each others programs?
