Donny Deutsch: Don’t Call It a Comeback

Guess who made an appearance on NBC’s “Today Show” last Friday? None other than Donny Deutsch, who had been off of MSNBC and NBC News programming since he criticized Countdown host Keith Olbermann April 20.

Mediaite’s Steve Krakauer notes that while Deutsch appeared on Today, he has not appeared on any MSNBC program since the incident.

Deutsch had previously been appearing on “Morning Joe” on a weekly basis, so even missing a couple weeks raised eyebrows. But he still hasn’t been back on the show, and it will be one-month off the MSNBC air on Thursday.
