ESPN3.com To Air Entire 2011 MLL Season
ESPN3.com will stream live all 36 regular-season games of the 2011 Major League Lacrosse (MLL) season.
The 11th MLL season begins Saturday with a tripleheader on ESPN3.com, featuring Long Island at Boston at (7 p.m. ET), Rochester at Chesapeake, (7 p.m. ET) and Hamilton at Denver (9 p.m. ET).
A variety of commentators for ESPN3.com will be utilized including announcing teams of Jason Chandler & Dave Evans, Scott Garceau & Evan Washburn, Dave Ryan & Charlie Lockwood, Joe Beninati & Quint Kessenich, Eamon McAnaney & Paul Carcaterra, Mike Evans & Ron Zwerin and Steve Warzala & Brian Shanahan.
ESPN2 will air two regular-season games – Chesapeake at Long Island on June 16, at 7:30 p.m. and Rochester at Chesapeake on July 2, at 7:30 p.m. Joe Beninati and analyst Quint Kessenich will serve as the commentator team for the two MLL telecasts on ESPN2.
In addition, the 2011 Sports Authority MLL All-Star Game (July 9) and the Sports Authority MLL Championship Weekend presented by Warrior (Aug. 27-28) will air on ESPN2 and ESPN3.com.
