Brian Williams' interviews with Sarah Palin may have been enough to make his the #1 evening newscast last week. NBC Nightly News came in first in Total Viewers and the A25-54 demo. It was Nightly's best week in two months and the best in six weeks for ABC's World News with Charles Gibson.

All three broadcasts gained week-to-week in the demo and in Total Viewers — up an average of 445,000 Total Viewers.

25-54 demo: NBC: 2,600,000 / ABC: 2,530,000 / CBS: 1,950,000
