Atlanta Falcons wide receive Roddy White directed some expletive-laden social messages at the Atlanta-Journal Constitution after the paper reportedly contacted him about his cousin’s arrest for armed robbery.
On TMI he wrote:
Can the atlanta journal constitution not call my phone anymore about stuff tht has nothing to do with me if its not football related don’t call my #!@%*# phone
And on Twitter he wrote:
Better yet don’t even associate me with criminal activities I aint done nothing u fucking assholes
According to the AJC, White’s 21-year-old cousin, Ali, was among three men charged with storming into a home, physically assaulting a man and woman, and stealing some items, including a watch. Four years ago, Roddy White took in his cousin to live with him in Atlanta because he was reportedly having problems in his native Charleston, S.C. He has not lived with White for several months, said White’s attorney, Michael LaScala.
