FBN Goes Gold

Broadcasting & Cable writes “Fox has settled on a logo for” FBN. It features “bold gold letters against a black background, the logo sports Fox’s trademark klieg lights, in the shape of twin beams shooting skyward.”

Former MSNBC graphics guru Ray Lambiase is VP of graphics for the network. He tells B&C the gold is a nod to the riches one might garner from tuning in to FBN. The gold bar separates Fox from Business. And when the logo is used for a program’s segment, Business can be dropped in favor of the segment title.

Here’s the logo, with thanks to Joel Topcik, online news editor for B&C.
