FNC Cancels Two 11pm Shows: “After Hours” And “Fox Magazine” Sign Off

thomassept11.jpgFox News has canned two weekend programs.

“After Hours” and “Fox Magazine,” which air at 11pm on Saturday and Sunday respectively, have ended their run.

“Hello and welcome to the final After Hours,” host Cal Thomas said on Sept. 10. He told viewers that he will still appear on Fox News Watch.

Then on Sunday, Laurie Dhue informed viewers that they were watching the final edition of “Fox Magazine.”

“Seems like there’s been a lot of shake-ups on the weekend schedule lately!,” an MSNer remarks. A repeat of Heartland with John Kasich will fill the hour for now; Long-term, is FNC developing a new show for weekend late-nights?
