Bill Hemmer took the reigns of Fox News in primetime, at 8pm ET. "A storm of this size happens once in a generation," he told viewers. The weeks of rehearsals were evident: Hemmer sounds like a Fox anchor.
After Hemmer tossed to Shep Smith in New Orleans, Shep said: "By the way, welcome Bill to the Fox News Channel...you sure have impeccable timing." "Bill is off to a good start," this blogger says.
