Fox News Channel's operating income soared 30% in the quarter ending June 30, "thanks to sharply higher advertising revenue," Newsday says.

Yesterday News Corp. "posted a 67-percent increase in fourth-quarter profit, beating analysts' forecasts," according to Reuters.
