Update: 11am: The NY Post reports: "If the Internet can make a splash re-airing the best bits of TV -- hello YouTube -- TV has some rights, too. At noon today, Fox News Channel launches a new daily one-hour show, 'Fox Online,' hosted by Bill Hemmer. It will focus on politics on the Web and traffic-stopping videos."

Update: 10:53am: The program will "encompass numerous website features that link coverage with Foxnews.com," FNC says. "FOX Online will incorporate key online features and interactive segments, including:
