This is a full-page ad in this week’s TV Week, placed prominently on the inside of the back page. <A HREF="Click here to view it full-size. In case you can’t read the text, it says:

Now, Fox comes across on the air like a network that knows what it wants, and the same can be said when it hires personnel, but what does this really mean?…
