As a connoisseur of reality television, I’m a huge fan of A&E’s Storage Wars, where professional buyers purchase abandoned storage lockers in California.
Apparently former Dallas Cowboys safety Roy Williams is also a huge fan of Dave Hester (yuuuuuuuuuuup), Darrell Sheets, Barry Weiss, and Jarrod Schulz, because he just finished filming a spinoff called Storage Wars: Dallas.
“My agent is trying to find me a team,” Williams said in a text message to new ESPNDallas.com hire Jean-Jacques Taylor. “I’m not retired, but I am filming Storage Wars here in Dallas, which I’m having a blast doing.”
Driving to the Dallas suburbs in pursuit of landing a storage locker with old Cowboys’ memorabilia sounds way less stressful than having your agent get you a deal with a 3-13 team.
