‘Fox & Friends’ Corrects Giuliani Comment
This morning, “Fox & Friends” co-host Steve Doocy corrected a comment that was made Thursday on the show by former NYC Mayor Rudy Giuliani:
Yesterday on this program, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani was on the show and he said that President Obama did not use the word “war” in his State of the Union speech. To clarify, the president did use the word, and now you know the rest of the story.
The comment was noted by the NY Times’ Brian Stelter yesterday who pointed out that Giuliani also may have misspoke when he made a different statement on CNN’s “American Morning,” though the network has made no corrections.
