Fox & Friends Sees Couric-Palin Similarity

CouricFF_10.17.jpg

CBS News anchor Katie Couric had a prominent place at last night’s Al Smith Dinner in New York City at which both presidential candidates spoke (more on the Dinner in a later post). This morning the Fox & Friends team, with Chris Wallace too, saw some similarities between Couric and a certain VP nominee (not Joe Biden).

Brian Kilmeade: …she’s known for her interview with Governor Palin she seems to have taken something from Governor Palin. Let’s all look at this together and see, Chris Wallace, if you agree with me, that she has stolen Governor Palin’s hairstyle. With glasses, she looks exactly like Governor Palin? Am I right?

Chris Wallace: I never got beyond the diamond necklace on her neck. It looked like she had robbed Tiffany’s or something like that. I’m wondering is that hers? They do look a little bit alike except for the fact that she’s got probably $100,000 worth of bling on her neck.

As for the necklace, insiders tell TVNewser it’s not Couric’s. It was borrowed.
