Fox News Headed to HD

fnclogo_4-29.jpgFox News Channel is going hi-def, with a new Fox News HD channel premiering May 1 in certain areas. Fox News HD will be initially available in parts of New York as well as the San Antonio market at launch, all on Time Warner Cable.

Fox News HD provides the HD pool feed this year at the Democratic National Convention. The HD channel will also include an “HD wing,” displaying national and world headlines, the latest in the financial markets, weather updates and sports scores.

Fox Business Network launched in HD last fall on DirecTV, while CNN launched an HD channel in September.
