Fox Soccer Channel Rebrands, Unveils New Logo

Fox Soccer Channel is getting a makeover with a new name, re-designed logos, upgraded studio sets and new high-tech on-air graphics package.

Gone is “Channel” as the network will go by Fox Soccer as a nod to its audience through a variety of multimedia destinations (Fox Soccer, Fox Soccer Plus, FoxSoccer.com, FoxSoccer.tv).

“Our audience comes to FOX Soccer for one thing: to interact with the game they love. They are smart, they want new technologies, they want the best coverage,” said David Nathanson, Fox Soccer’s general manager. “The re-branding symbolizes our continued commitment to push the limits and evolve with the game in this country.”

The new Fox Soccer, Fox Soccer Plus, FoxSoccer.com and FoxSoccer.tv wll officially launch on-air and and online on August 13, the start of the Barclays Premier League and UEFA Champions League seasons.
