From Beijing to Denver, Strong Weekend Ratings for NBC

NBC’s weekend programs broadcast from Beijing and Denver last week, and from both locations performed strong in the ratings.

Meet the Press was the top rated Sunday morning show, averaging 4,300,000 viewers. ABC’s This Week averaged 2,698,000, CBS’ Face the Nation had 2,484,000 and FOX News Sunday averaged 1,374,000. NBC, ABC and FOX showed week-to-week gains.

The Today show was the number one show on Saturday and Sunday, even eclipsing CBS Sunday Morning. It was Sunday Today’s first win over CBS Sunday morning in total viewers since February 12, 2006, during the Torino Olympics, and it was the highest delivery for the program since February 25, 2007.
