Sen. John McCain is delivering some straight talk -- really, he said it -- in Sun City, Arizona right now on the issue of healthcare reform. All the cable news networks are carrying his remarks. At one point a woman in the crowd tried to get a chant of "No Compromises" going. "Senator, Nuke it now," she said of reform. "I'm glad I called on you ma'am," said McCain. To another woman, who tried shouting out her question, McCain said, "Ma'am we don't shout at my town hall meetings."
